How Does It Work?

Place a down payment

This can be done through our website, or by contacting us through email or phone. Our down payments are first come, first serve.

Choose your payment option

A property can either be purchased with a single payment, cash sale, OR monthly installments through our financing option. Once you have decided which option is best for you, paperwork will be drawn up for your signature.

Property closing

Once the property is paid for in full, we transfer the property into your name. The new deed will be sent to the county for recording. All done, you are a land owner now!
